ACCOUNT DUPLICATE AT CREDIT BUREAU

I took a pension backed home loan with IEMAS FINANCIAL SERVICES back in October 2015. On the 6 November when I check my credit report I noticed that their account has a duplicate, same information, same amount. On the 6th November I sent them an email telling them about the problem. On the 16th November I received an email from their credit control office assuring me that they aware of the problem and ITC is busy rectifying the matter. On the 25th of November I phoned Transunion to find out if IEMAS requested them to fix the problem, they told me that they never receive anything from them.<br> I'm disappointed about how they handled the matter, I even explained to them that I can't put a dispute at credit bureau because I bought a house and the process is still on. they promised to handle the matter as urgent but util today they have not fixed their mistake. I'm afraid that Sa Home loan will cancell my bond as soon as they check my credit report before registering the propery and I already sold my property where i currently staying.
