6 Months pending wait for NATIS certificate help

I have been struggling for the last 6 months to get a copy of original Natis certificate for my vehicle, iMas insured me that , they will assist me to get this , & this will take 6 weeks , but 6 months later am still getting the same response , that they are waiting for the traffic department. After enquiring at the traffic department, the certificate was there , but not collected _ so it was returned. A new application must be done. I need the certificate for insurance claim to be finalized. After 6 months, am still battling _ the Imas person allocated to assist me, does not respond to his emails, phone calls _ after very numerous attempts
