Dishonest ( NOT Transparent)

I bought a NDP200 bakkie on 18 April 2025 from IDP Auto for R235000 as a cash deal. Staff was very friendly that morning. I dealt with Lucius and I said to me that the car papers will take about a week. Week after week I would do a follow up for about 5 to 6 weeks and no papers. My permit expired twice in the interim,whereby there driver delivered a replacement permit one. My query ended up with their manager. During the 5 weeks no explanation was given to me as their client as to what delayed my papers. On 31 May I received whatsapp message showing that they received the papers. The WhatsApp came from Shaun(manager). I than asked Lucius the salesperson When will I receive my papers in my name. Lucius asked me on whats app whether the car must be registered in my name or the business. I rep**** that it must be in my name. SADLY Lucius send me the ARN via WhatsApp and advised me to register the car myself which coat me R2000. I send him an email requesting a refund for the amount that it cost me to take the car through roadworthy plus registration, since the vechile was not bought voetstoots at IDP and he created a false expectation that it would be registered by the dealer. Nowhere did I sign to buy a voetstoots deal.. NO SIGN by the dealership that registration is excl. I Only to find that the bakkie needed a service on the wheelbarring when I did an enquiry with the service agent. The service agent quoted R5400 when the bakkie went for a service last year and the wheelbarring was not done. Year module of the NDP is 2023 so you would take that all would have been checked out by the buyer ( IDP Auto)????? from the seller ( cleaning service)?????
