IDEAL DIRECT STINKS!!

Pathetic "service" after a very poor quality item was returned to them. No assistance with returns, I had to make my own arrangements with a courier. Nobody answers the supp**** phone number. "Dube" tried to coerce me into accepting a store credit rather than a refund. I refused and insisted on a refund. Well, nothing from then on. No response to numerous emails and need I say, no refund. I will go to the ombudsman from here.
