Still charging my credit card after cancellation

I joined [URL Removed] which is an advertisong service 30/8/2015 . Then in October I asked them to cancel my subscription to no avail , they keep on charging my credit card and again I send a request to cancel my subscription to [Email Removed] . I even cancelled my online account so now my account is cancelled and they keep on charging me ? My acc name was registered to my email [Email Removed] . I see it is paypal charging the account and they collect the money for ideabuyer .
