PATHETIC SERVICE _ AWAITING BOODLE PAID UP LETTER

Good day

I am writing this with absolute disgust at your firm. All these months you have threatened me to pay my accounts that were handed over yet now when im asking for a paid up letter nobody wants to do their job.

I call every day , calls are not cheap.Each time a person says don't worry the letter will be sent.i have sent countless emails with no response. Collections@ida , legal@ida and then to a team leader called Siphesihle who also has not responded.

I want this complaint to reach a senior manager or director of your firm as i have been sent from pillar to post and clearly people are not doing their jobs.

I received 2 paid up letters *** / ***8 & *** / ***2 I don't need them please send me the remaining paid up letter for the boodle account 50****21.

Please respond or im taking this matter to the credit ombudsman and social media.
