Paid-up Letter

I spoke to Zukile on the 23rd of December last year and settled the outstanding amount on my account but whenever I call or sent emails to request for the paid up letter,I keep being told it will be sent and till to date I haven't received any assistance...I have spoken to Jemaine and Rorisang who were all supposed to assist with the letter and have the matter escalated to Paul but till now I haven't received any help whatsoever...it's been 7 months already and whenever someone calls me to tell me about the account,they don't seem to assist instead they all make excuses and run away from assisting me...The service I have received these past months have been awful and frustrating😡.
