IDA - NO HELP AT ALL

Hi all, please note not to ever buy a car or anything what so ever from this Dealership, I bough a car cash for the amount of 80k on 12 June 2023. On 14 June 2023 the car start with problems and I took the car for a diagnositc test, the test cam bak with over 100 problems, the dealership told me that there is nothing they can do for me and that i need to lodge a complaint with IDA to get n refund, what a waste of time as the IDA is totally for the dealership and overlooked all the faults on the dealerships side. Dieter Ehlers was the comsultant assisting me, He didm't once made time to listen to my side of the story or asked any questiuons what so ever. In his final conclusion he even had the dates wrong as to when I purchased the car. Never ever trust EBK Auto Dealers or Dieter Ehlers IDA Services Manager (West Rand, East Rand, Gauteng Central)
