Horrible Service

Horrible customer care, *********** agent who know nothing when asked questions, supervisors who also don't know how to do their job. Spoke to a Mapuleng who assured me that my issue would be resolved but I had to call her everyday at least twice on each day to follow up. Didn't bother providing feedback until I called. They debited my account and it took them over 10 days to update my account, account was closed and transferred to another service provider even after I had made an arrangement with them and my account was debited and no communication was made with me as the account holder.
