Don't even bother

This company is obviously making money of FNB. I get sent a settlement letter, pay it within 48hrs and send the proof of payment. A few days later FNB takes extra payments from me and I get rude and threatening messages and phone calls from IDA law a few days later. Then when I complain I get told a manager or supervisor will come back to me - still waiting ... . Also don't bother trying to get hold of the person who originally contacted you - I am looking at you Rani Landsberg, because they never mail or phone you back. This company gives legal companies - in my opinion - a bad name
