Your service is pathetic!!!

How difficult can it be to reply to an email???? I sent my private documents after Takalani Mathaba was chasing me like a cheetah chasing springbok to submit the claim form and my documents. After a long chase I decided to give her everything she asked for. That was in December. From the day she received the documents, no one ever got back to me to even advise if documents were received and all is in order. I had to follow up in January again to ask if the email even came through, I knew it was already there because no one was chasing after me anymore. They said the process should take 2/3 months and today we are in April, I understand there might be delays everywhere but is it that hard to reply when I am following up, just to get a simple update. Your service sucks!!!! , I wish I never rep**** to your email from the beginning. That claim can stuck forever than to give you my documents and you can't even reply to a simple email. 2 emails has been sent to Takalani Mathaba with no luck for reply. Mxm you're the worst.
