Worst service ever

I was contacted by ICTS a Tracing company. They told me about my unclaimed funds at nmg benefits. The person assigned to my file was Mary-Jane Khosa whom i submitted all the relevant documents to and confirmed it with her. She submitted my documents on the 15th May 2017 and told me ngm benefits will be in contact with me and payout will not take longer than 3 months. Since than i was never contacted by anyone. I emailed and phoned nmg benefits but got no response from them. I emailed Mary Jane and she told me there's nothing she can do and also started ignoring my emails. Its been over 3 months now and still no payout.
