Worst Service and Lack of feedback

Last year December 2021 a agent called regarding my father's Unclaimed benefits. He asked me to send my Father's documents. I submitted them on the 11 January 2022, email to Mandlak. I sent emails to Mandla 3 time following-up but he never reply, I called them multiple times asking to speak to someone regarding but no luck. Today I called again, the receptionist transferred my call to admins department, the line was busy due to high volume of calls, eventually the lady picked up, I explained the reason why I'm calling ,she just dropped the phone. I'm so ****ed coz one one is willing to help. Until today I have never heard from them. Worst experience ever.
