Contact details:*** Email: *** Reference no:CT***7 Kind regards, I received this WhatsApp message on the 2nd of August 2024 from ******. I have since asked for an updated as to how far my claim is. At first he told me that I need to be patient as it would take 6 weeks and they would send me an *** when it is finalized. Today I saw that he was online and asked again how things were going. He read my message but did not bother to reply. I am relying on this money to secure our rental home for another six months. Please can someone from either ICTS Tracing and/or Alexander Forbes please confirm this claim. If not, I will be forced to take legal action against ICTS Tracing.</div>

I have already waited a month for feedback from Prince. When I did enquiry, he got quite rude with me and told me that I needed to wait 6 weeks for the fund administrator to do their work. Now recently when I ask, he reads my message but doesn't answer me. Can Alexander Forbes then contact me please and advise the date of the payment and the amount please.
It seems that it is very hard in South Africa to go find anyone or any company that I'd actually legit and has integrity and is not a **** and/*****ster. How sad???
My daughter and I have already been ****med twice this year ...first by a furniture removal company, then by a food truck manufacturers in Cape Town and now it seems by a tracing company.
