Requiring and obtaining statements from me.

I was requested by ICTS to provide them with documentation, bank statement, ID tax number signature in order to have a pension fund paid out to me which was held by Fedlife. This was for the period I worked for Clinic Holdings. Because of the lack of feedback from ICTS, I contacted Fedlife. They have never issued pension funds to Clinic Holdings and has no record of my existance.
