Pathetic service
Was called up in July by this so called company for unclaimed benefits with Alexander Forbes, submitted everything to them in the same month was told that the claim takes about 3 months up until today I have never heard from them when I made a follow up they told me to contact Alexander Forbes but at first they were busy pestering me with calls and emails now they cannot even give me a simple answer. Pathetic service from them and Alexander Forbes

We received confirmation from Alexander Forbes that your claim was finalized on the 29th of October 2021 which is within the general time frame.
Various factors will determine the time it takes to process a claim. The Fund Administrator, in this case Alexander Forbes, would be able to provide the reasons for the time it takes to process each claim.
