outstanding pay-out

I have been in contact with a guy byt he name of Joseph Tshabalala. We were notified that there is a pay-out that needs to be made to one of my beneficiaries for Assupol- Demu. Ever since we submitted required documentation, he has not been in contact with us. i tried calling, sending emails - no luck. I hope this company is not ******** people off their documents and related pay-outs. I need response ASAP as confidential information was sent to him and yet nothing is being communicated.
