Thanks for the reply, I have been in constant communication with the Fund administrator and all I keep getting is automated responses, calls aren't going through after their failed payment promise the last 2 weeks and this past Friday as well. I tried contacting you guys and was told they'll come back to me and nothing. The waiting and run around is strenous and reason for your (company) implication is purely based on the fact that you acted as an intermediary and I can only access you guys currently since the other party is in hiding.

Surprising enough, everyone that was cc'd on your mail saw it fit to ignore me the whole day and now when I check my balance via their WhatsApp services it says no funds available under my profile.

If only they did reply or keep me updated, I've been flooding their mails and no one bothers not to mention their forever busy landline. What needs to be investigated when they said that the administrator app**** for tax, it came back and was submitted for payment 4 weeks back? I further enganged them after no payment and was promised a payment again last Friday and now they literally ghosting me?

I was fine with the unclaimed funds until your company starting marketing them by calling and sending me daily mails and sms's about my document submissions and now I'm left all alone. Kudos to both companies. I wish people could stay away from you guys in future cause it seems like you guys are in it also. The administrator keeps sending auto reply mails and nothing gets attented to but it's fine, I've started the claims court process and will ge taking it up with X Repo, you guys can't get away with ****** over people's hard earned cash.

The problem is that the administrator doesn't bother to acknowledge my concerns and their reviews support that. The initial consultant that assisted me is now ignoring my mails and worse part, their line isn't going through. They processsed tax, asked for my account number, submited payment for 3 weeks back but still nothing? I'm puzzled as to how you still associate with such if they continue to ignore clients yet they have thier funds. We heading to another Friday (4th one) and they blatantly ignoring my communication.
