Incorrect provident fund payout

After paying my provident fund for more than 5 years i decided to claim the funds after being retrenched. I sent through all the documents and Tumi who was very helpful and i received a payment of only R5900.00. I sent emails to Tumi to contact me regarding the incorrect payout that i received. It has been a couple of days now and i still have not received any calls from icts tracing regarding this. There was no communication regarding finalization on my provident fund before i received the incorrect payment from them. I have called the number on their website and had to drop the call. I do not know how else to find out what is happening regarding my provident fund.
