ICTS tracing failure to deliver
<div>I am surprised to find that my review about icts tracing being removed because I mentioned the consultants name. I was assisted by ++++ who had promised to get back to me after I had made an enquiry about the status of my claim. However the last email I got was that he has forwarded my query to funds administrator. Of which after I never got any communication from him. After my first review I recieved a call from one of the ICTS employees telling me that they would contact funds administrator and get back to me after 10 minutes. Upon the realisation that my review was removed they never got back to me about anything. Even the call was more about their imagine then about the poor service they have given to me.</div>
Thank you for re-posting your review. As the Agent had advised, we were awaiting feedback from the Fund Administrator as we do not have access to their systems to keep members updated on the claim status.
On the 30th of April 2024, a follow up was made with the Fund Administrator. Please accept our apologies that the feedback could not be provided after the time you were advised of.
Please confirm if you received the email communication that the Fund Administrator sent to you on the 2nd of May 2024 with feedback.
Our objective is for you to be assisted as well as to assist those who also question the legitimacy of the claim process to enable them to submit their documents and claim their benefits.
