ICTS-Liberty Life Dilemma!!

I was contacted by Evelyn Mokwape from ICTS Tracing some time last year asking me to forward documentation to claim my Unclaimed Benefit from Liberty Life. On the 28th January 2015 I sent her my documents. Three or so weeks later I followed up with an e-mail and got no response. I tried again after another two or so weeks and got no response. Eventually on the 11th March I hunted for ICTS' contact details on the internet and called Evelyn. Only then did she respond to my e-mails informing me that my documents have been submitted and that Liberty would get in touch with me directly. Today 24 March 2015 I contacted Liberty and they informed me that they had not received my documents from ICTS. Ray Sibanda (Liberty Life) says he has no record of my documents being received and Evelyn Mokwape (ICTS) claims that the documents were submitted to Liberty on the 09th Feb 2015. Can someone please HELP me to resolve this matter!!! Asseblief!
