what a service i have received both from Joshua or John and Takalani.. I am very desprised that this company would hire such agents with lack of communication skill and *********.. I was called and told that i needed to make a claim for my fundz and became very suspicion to provide my banking detail so i advised that they EFT the funds through my number.. The lady Takalani was very nice i can say and advised her to send me a email to confirm all of the communication we hard to i can also rate her which she promised to do but no email received, i called again several times and what the agends did was to put me on mute without saying a word then boom another person is on the line.. I was told that the fundz would be sent within 3 weeks and after 3 weeks i called to asked yet again the same thing happened and i was transferred without being asked to told and the last lady said it would take a month and they can not send out emails but i should wait.. Is this company even legit if yes they why do you employ such agends cause i am sure you do have quality assessors who listens to calls and provides feedback, i am not pleased at all and hope someone very reliable will get in touch with me in this.
