I must say I am very impressed with this company and a consultant called Josphina Mphuthi. She was always quick on responding to emails, or quick on calling back when asked to call back. She was very polite, helpful, and personally very enduring and quick with helping a customer. Her company can be proud to have such a wonderful employee, team player, to their company. She does her work extremely well. I found her help with my questions and queries very helpful, and reassuring. She is indeed a asset to this company. Well done ICTS!! Excellent customer service.
