VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

The worst service I have ever gotten from any service provider. Normally services starts going bad from after sign-up, but this service provider gives bad service from start to finish. We signed up with them as internet service providers for two offices, they say it takes 10 business days to finish installation. First it took them 3 weeks to actually get back to me with a contract, then another 2 weeks went by and we still have no internet at our offices in Centurion. All emails I get is telling me that the can not provide a time when the line will be installed.

We also signed up for a VOIP line, and still they can not sort out. They keep telling me that they do not deal with line porting and that I need to contact the previous providers if there is problem.

I will never recommend that anyone use them. Pathetic service!
