UNACCEPTABLE SERVICES

Unfortunately, I have to say this is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in our 16 years of business with different providers. Our 2024 started off very badly as we've been struggling to get work done at our offices due to our internet connection constantly being off. For the past 2 weeks it has gone worse as it is completely off for days without any adequate explanation or reason from ICTglobe. Keep in mind we run a business and we too have a service to provide to our customers and no one wants excuses as to why you are unable to deliver your services promptly. I would NOT refer anyone to ICTGlobe as their services or LACK of Services is pathetic and could lead to damages should you run a business. Do NOT make the mistake of trusting your businesses with INTERNET CONNECTION from ICTGlobe.

WE HAVE TRIED BY ALL MEANS TO BE PATIENT AND WE HAVE GIVEN YOU GUYS AMPLE TIME TO SORT OUT YOUR MESS BUT THIS IS REDICULOUS AS WE GOING INTO THE THIRD WEEK WITH THE SAME PROBLEM!!!
