Neither competent, nor trustworthy and arrogant when quaght out

My second negative review in 4 months: I did not choose them. My ICT provider of the last 20 years sold their business to ICTGlobe so i was forced into dealing with them. As a new client i struggle to find a comparison to iONLINE. ICTGlobe is just the opposite to what iONLINE was. - No efficiency, they are basically a “billing machine” without a heart and soul. Their employees, from finance clerck to sales manager are ***********, rude, lazy and spitefool. - Their own business information systems are very poor hence they waste my and their own time and money by literally feeling their way in the dark without a proper light. When they are being caught wrong they either put the phone down or ignore the facts and made as if nothing wrong happened.

I am stuck with them for another 11 months but then, never again.

I do not trust their competence and or their ability and therefor would advise anyone not to deal with them.
