ICT GLOBE WORST SERVICE EVER

ICTGlobe used to be brilliant while Andre and MJ still owned it.

The service I have received in the last year since they left, is SHOCKING to say the least. Emails (countless!) requesting information goes unanswered and a telephone call this morning ends in the phone being put down in my face. I was upset, yes. Not swearing. Not speaking loudly, just trying to get this lady give me details and info was almost impossible to get out of her. And yes, I did ask her why their service deteriorated so badly.

I chose to move my accounts to ICT GLOBE (Andre) to make my life easier, and he and MJ always went the extra mile for me. Currently this company is a total waste of my time and a total mess.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM.
