Bad treatment

So from day one which was the 13th of October till the 17th of October I signed a training contact and was informed from induction by THABISO MOGAPI the MANAGER at Icontact at Cresta Johannesburg that the training is only one week and contracts will be issued the Friday or the following me Monday ,mind you that we then signed a second contract stating that our training will now be 13 days and we understood due to being on production which was still part of training okay long story short I am now on day 16 and there is no word of signing the contract yet we work so hard as if we are already employed by the company.. my point right now is that we have asked numerous times on when the contract will be issued yet our manager does not seem to care because he told the last person that asked him that he forgot to make us sign and trust me I love working for Icontact I can't lie but right now how do we work when we cannot even do overtime since we have no contract signed on our names this is really demotivating to even work hard hence we do not even know what is happening, when we ask THABISO MOGAPI about contracts he becomes defensive or he even goes an extra mile by threatening us to not making us sign contracts but the problem is WE ARE WORKING WITH NO CONTRACT. The painful part is we work night shift and now some of my colleagues made alternative arrangements with their new borns and now have to pay more money for their nannies to take care of their kids at night or even for the period of a month till they can get a say off, yet there is no stable salary on our names till now since we have no contract signed.
