Undelivered online purchase by icons shop

My name is Mpho and I placed an order for the Audio Technica M20XBT Wireless Headphones on the 2nd of July 2026 and the headphone still haven't been delivered.

I have sent emails, called their store to inquire about my order and when it will be delivered. Instead I always get excuses and promises which they have not kept. I eventually decided to ask for a refund, which I was told will be processed and the refund will be paid in 10 days. Ten days have passed, no communication from icons whatsoever. I have sent ANOTHER follow up email regard my refund, still no response.

This is the worst service I have ever received. There's no apology and accountability from Icons Shop!
