No refund (ordered five months ago)

18 minutes agoNEW I ordered a Takamine acoustic guitar and mic shield for Christmas in December. Sadly, as a left hander, the guitar was not in stock and Icons Shop promised this would be available in January. This soon shifted to Feb/March, and then finally up to a further 12 months as an estimate. Supplier issues are beyond control of the shop, but the fact as a customer I had to chase after Icons Shop for updates on an item I had payed for months prior was not acceptable.

In April I decided to buy a second hand guitar, and ask for the promised refund. More than three weeks after asking for the refund, and five months after paying, I have not been refunded. And five months after paying for the mic shield (in stock), I have yet to receive it.

Avoid this music store at all cost! Their prices might be reasonable, but they will sit with your money for months and not deliver.

I will never purchase an item again from this online shop. It is one of the worst consumer experiences I have ever had.
