IConnect Surpasses all ISP'S -GREAT SERVICE PROVIDER

Klara and her colleagues at IConnect -Dagny,Nicola and everyone else at IConnect, have restored my faith in the whole fibre process, considering that I had a complete nightmare with Webafrica. I cannot believe how they all went out of your way to assist me.I thank you for great customer service .The consultants even called me in Klara's absence, which is something I never experienced previously. They all responded to my emails and messages promptly. Their service levels cannot be matched in this industry.I say this, not just because of the shoddy service from Webafrica, but from Afrihost as well. My experiences at Webafrica were horrific to say the least.After my nasty experience at Webafrica(where I received absolutely no service, no response to my emails, no response on the chat line no response to my calls, and no router for 4 weeks despite being billed for everything) I sought a new ISP. I contacted IConnect and Afrihost as well.Needless to say that Afrihost responded yesterday after I emailed them a week and a half ago! The response from IConnect was immediate.And they followed up on everything.I had a router installed in a day! Thank you all for your excellent service and for making the transition from Webafrica as pleasant as possible.Every person that I spoke to at IConnect had a lovely telephone manner . You all behaved as though I was the only customer that you had, and for that I thank you.

From all the poor reviews I have read about ISP's, I would definitely recommend IConnect as your service provider for amazing customer service and competency.
