Excellent service by far!

<p>I contacted iConnect to find out about Fibre and their packages on 26 May 2017. Klara Wrench, the friendliest and most helpful consultant ever, advised on all packages and that iConnect will waive all fees! Even the R1710 fee that all other providers charge! She explained pros and cons and provided assistance in Afrikaans. I signed up and by 3 June 2017, the fibre connection by BriteLink (Gerrie & Gavin) and splicing by FibreHoods were done (the only delay being I wasnt at home before this). iConnect made an appointment with Beki on 5 June 2017 (and once again only with delays from my side) and today, less than 9 days later, I am connected to wifi! How amazing has this experience not been so far! Please please keep up the excellent service as I will be a client forever at this rate! Oh and call centre calls were super fast. No waiting in line! Thanks so much!</p>
