Worst service from an isp

<p>If i ask a wireless ISP i they can provide service its a yes or no, no a yes then we have call everyday for a month long trying to get my connection sorted, After being patient for this time i decided it was time to change to another isp, did that and all was well, They want me to pay my R700 monthly fee because i used 80GB of data during this time...my monthly avarage is around 4-500GB, They say they provided service beaause i was able to use this 80GB of data, leaving streams on in the morning before i go to work so i can watch them at night is not by any means what i would call service, The tech that installed is rude and lazy, working in IT and having worked for a wireless isp i completed my installation and did alot of troubleshooting on my own, They handed an unseasled statement of my accounnt to my boss and discussed the matter with him..this is unfortunatly not theyre place, The staff who contacted me regarding my account were very arrogant and bombastic</p>
