Super slow internet.

For the last 2 months the internet is super slow and not jyst mine but my girlfriends' internet as well. We can't stream or even play online games without high latency or buffering. If this keeps up I will have to find someone else. The internet is off during most of the day and at night when I really want to use it it is useless as the speed is not worth it. I am currently on a 5mb premium line.
