Really getting mad

This is the second post as this is verrrrrryyyy frustrating. Youtube is loading at 240p and this is just nonsense for R700 p/m I feel completely ripped-off. I'm getting a 1mb line speed where I should be getting 5mb line speed??and now have to use mobile data cause line keeps dropping.
