POOR SERVICE

The internet and service lately has been horrible. We have been without WiFi everyday this whole week and NO COMMUNICATION from iClix. They give a automated response with no follow up, we have been customers for years but the current staff do not do justice to iClix. We dealing with ****s!!!!!!
