Pathetic

It makes me a bit sad to resort to the "Karen" way of complaining, but they aren't changing their ways, so..here we are. The internet is off AT LEAST once a week for a few hours, and when asking customer support, they can NEVER give an ETA. When asking any further questions they get frustrated and answer rudely. (Some agents, not all)
