Iclix, Generally the worst ISP

<p>I have been staying in Unilofts in Bloemfontein for the past 4 years, ever since I moved in here I have been battling with this internet service provider. Their internet is not only unbelievably slow (5kb/s) most of the time but unreliable unstable. The past 4 years I have been calling in, some times for weeks every single day, to ask them to try fix this issue. Most of the time my complaint is merely shrugged off by the "on-call" technician, with them lazily saying they will just reset the internet. Other times I have had a technician come out to see what the problem is just to have them sit in my house for an hour or so just for them to tell me that they need to go back to the offices to see what is "actually" going on. Again nothing is fixed. I have even went to far as to ask to speak to the manager, whom is a very pleasant man to speak to, but again I can still not see results. I called him again about 4 days ago and he promised me he will definitely have someone look into it, but 4 days down the line, again no progress. So that is why I am writing this review. I have tried to call, spoken to multiple people, spent endless amounts of airtime on this company for them to just ignore my complaints. In conclusion, Iclix is honestly and without a doubt the worst internet service provider that you will ever encounter. I highly recommend that you stay away from this company as it will only bring you frustration and a unbearably slow internet connection</p>
