Iclix Fear Exposure

<p>Let this serve as warning for anyone considering or currently doing business with iclix.</p> <p> </p> <p>Most people complain about something for a while then they just let it go and believe you me iclix bargains on this, in fact they rely on this tactic so much so that if you were to attempt any further action such as complaining about them on forums they will simply terminate your service....</p> <p> </p> <p>That's right, if iclix doesn't like your opinion about them online they send you a mail saying your behaviour is inapropriate and that they will not be treated in any way that they deem to be unfit to them.</p> <p> </p> <p>It would appear that their *****ed ways are somewhat of a trend that they hold onto so dearly but as the years go by and the complaints stack up the trends over there becomes more clear to us and they detest this.</p> <p> </p> <p>So in fear of been exposed iclix will refuse their customers service and hope and pray that the customers simply shut up, pay up and go away.</p> <p> </p> <p>In the mail and I quote</p> <p>"We will be sending you a formal letter to apologise to not resolving your service and hope you come right with another service provider</p> <p>Unfortunately you have decided to take the wrong ********* approach via social media, our records via ICLIX does not show any complaint except via your public outburst</p> <p>We have decided to terminate you as “client” your service has been terminated</p> <p>Unfortunately we cannot expect this kind of treatment form a client"</p> <p> </p> <p>Now going off of all the other complaints lodged against iclix as well as the complaints made by me, it's quite apparent that iclix will not reolve any issues, IF you manage to get hold of them that is as there is never any record of anything on their side so the fault must lie by you.</p> <p>I phoned to say my intetrnet had not been working for 2 days and they don't even answer the phone, I complain online and they refuse me service because of that - and to top it off I pay months in advance, just to add insult too injury.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you enjoy been passed between pillar and post and can never find anyone accountable for issues then iclix might just be the way for you.</p>
