ICLIX

After one frustrating month, to the day (18 November 2021 to 18 December 2021), during which my ISP CoolIdeas and the associated fibre company Frogfoot/Vumatel failed to activate my line on an already existing fibre installation, I have decided to phone around for other ISPs, both to seek technical advice and simultaniously test competency. First company I called was Iclix here in Bloem. Spoke to Jaco. I want to thank Jaco for his knowledgable advice even though Iclix is not my current ISP. He was willing to assist in trying to find a possible cause for my problem, and possible ways forward. Well, Iclix, it seems that you will be getting a call from me on Monday, as it seems you are eager for business.
