Iclix = bad service

Absolutely not satisfied with the service received from them. They tell you to follow procedures if there are any problems regarding your internet connection but they do not respond if you have a complaint. When and if they do respond, they just tell you that everything is fine on their system and its something wrong at your house or whatever reason it is for them to not do their job. It takes more then two weeks to sort out a minor problem. The service that is being paid for is definitely not received. The internet connection is disconnected most of the time or really slow. I am sick and tired of waiting for them to fix the problems they have and would not recommend them to anyone looking for a good internet service provider.
