Great work, keep it up

My internet crashed and it was unable to be remotely fixed. I then contacted technical support and received immediate attention. Was called by Jean and he was unable to connect to the unit. Jean then arranged for Eduan to do a call out. Eduan called and was kind enough to squeeze in a call out late on a Friday afternoon 10/30/15.<br> Eduan arrived and was promptly able to find and fix the fault. I even offered him a beer as a thank you for the prompt response but he respectfully declined because it went against his company policy.<br> I would like to commend Jean and Eduan for the professional manner in which they handled the query and also their efficiency in doing so.<br> I have a lot of respect for people that take that much pride in their work and in representing their company.<br> Jean and Eduan should be considered assets to their company and should be commended for their professionalism, pride and enthusiasm that they conveyed in the performing of their duties.<br> I might be quick to complain and even give bad reviews but credit where credit is due.<br> Thank you guys very much and keep up the good work.
