Great service from iClix

Had problems with my router and I whatsapped iclix asking for assistance. The agent assisted me via chat and then called me giving me instructions on how to get my router to transmit an internet connection, Unfortunately we tried everything but could not get all devices in the house connected. The agent then let me know that someone would be coming personally to assist me to set up the wifi. The technician arrived within 30 minutes and assisted me very well. Both technicians were very polite and professional. The one I spoke to on the phone was Darren and the one who came to assist at home was Walker. Thank you guys!
