Excellent service!

Iclix is one of the best service delivery companies in South Africa I have come across. When there is a issue, they always update their users by sms and the issues are dealt with promptly. I had ons issue (my first issue) this week. Within 30 minures it was resolved! And the people are friendly over the phone. They did not even increase their costs due to the VAT increase!!
