A new school company with old school values

I have been with Iclix for 10 years. The thing that stands out for me is the humanity and level of decency this company has. Whether I phone about a request for an invoice, or a line that may have dropped - or even mistakes that we ourselves have caused - we're always met with warmth, with people who genuinely care and go out of their way to help you. In a world where everything has become so digital and automated, it really makes me feel grounded that this company and its people are still very much part of what makes us human. And makes me glad that I chose them not just for the wifi that we cannot live without - but the service we receive when we have any problems.
