ICEMEDIA-Exploitation of people and empty promises

Nearly 3 months has passed since their staff attached a ICEMEDIA signal pole to my house. The agreement that I signed on the 11th of Nov stated that they will be using my house as a signal post for their WIFI, and in return I will be getting free WIFI for up to 5 devices in my house. On the last day of installation, one of their team members informed us that we will be getting the FREE WIFI sim card/password, but to date this has not happened. In addition to this, I have decided to switch off the plug that has been put on and using my electricity without them holding up their end of the deal. This is exploitation of people because they make empty promises that they cannot keep. The pole has been drilled into my freshly painted house and holes has been drilled into my house for their electric cables.
