WRONG ORDER DELIVERED

My upgrade is due and i spoke with iburst sales department<br> they took details of hardware which i want, they came to deliver a billion wifi router<br> as the upgrade, later i discovered that the router did not come with a modem which completes the package.<br> i called them, got the phone dropped on me a couple of times, eventually got through to someone that didnt even know how a router works<br> I requested for either a usb router/ the modem that supposed to come with the router or a usb modem which i will be carrying around<br> I have sent them 4 mails to their mailbox, no response. Made several posts on the facebook page, without a response<br> I have inboxed them on facebook without a concrete response. Please I need them to sort this out before they turn around and say its past 7 days.<br> My number is and they have all the information. I thank you<br>
