Worst most offensive call ever

I do not know why they put people like this in retentions department. As an customer of Iburst for 8 years + and Iburst evangelist, reseller via vox/iburst for the same of 100s of contract I am bitterly disappointed.<br> <br> I will definitely not be reactivating / reselling any more and they definitely failed in this retention in a big way.<br> <br> It seems like their short sighted retention strategy is to make the cancellation process as lengthy/tedious as possible to squeeze the last few hard earned bucks out of their customers.
