Worst customer service I have ever received. Do not use IBURST for anything. you will be disappointed.

<p>Email been down for 2 weeks, everytime i call in they put me on hold for 10min to "check" my account, consultants are rude and non helpfull, Called in 6 times, average waiting time is 10 min before they answer then another 10 min for no solution. Im not sure what happended to this company but by the looks of things they wont be around for long. </p>
