Waiting forever

I Burst call centre is not a free call. Never ever have I waited for less than 10 minutes, before my call is answered. I sometimes think I spend more money on calling Iburst than I do on my monthly subscription cost. <br> <br> Complain to I Burst direct? You've got to be joking - they ask you to e mail them, and then they never reply
